Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:

Service was not delivered.

Issue remains unresolved after reasonable troubleshooting.
2. Non-Refundable Situations

Customer refusal to follow troubleshooting steps.

Issues unrelated to the original service request.

Completed hardware repairs.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
1. Service Cancellation

Remote sessions may be canceled before the session begins.

On-site appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Late Cancellations
Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
