Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Service was not delivered.

  • Issue remains unresolved after reasonable troubleshooting.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customer refusal to follow troubleshooting steps.

  • Issues unrelated to the original service request.

  • Completed hardware repairs.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.


Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

  • Remote sessions may be canceled before the session begins.

  • On-site appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Late Cancellations

Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
